Well, even if you can’t manage to find enough time to workout till your body has had enough, there are some basic daily habits you can adopt and follow with a sense of discipline added with some faith, and you’ll start to have that healing process stimulated in no time. It’s not something that you have to add on but something that simply replaces some of your daily gestures, the only difference would be that these will find a connection within your nerves, stimulates the functions of your glands, realign your body and will correct your posture, promoting a smooth circulation throughout your body, and a healthy YOU.

CROSS LEG SITTING POSITION & MAINTAINING A STRAIGHT BACK
With all the modernization and technical advancements, we have so much of luxury and leisure around us that even our body has adopted to a chair and sofa, in search of it’s own leisure, but do you know what we miss in all this?
We miss the touch of nature, the gratitude to the surrounding and leaves a great impact on our body, adopting to a posture that keeps us grounded, keeps our posture correct, infuses a great deal of healing process inside the body and it’s organ functioning. It’s full of Physiological benefits, and removes the muscle fatigue by decreasing the internal and external oblique activities, contributes to the stability of the joint stability by compressing the sacroiliac joints, calms the nerves and releases the tension from it, it keeps our Heart healthy as sitting cross legged puts less pressure on the body and the heart, and an even distribution of prana (the Vital Force) in the body the many reasons why we call it SUKHASANA.
On the other hand, it automatically keeps the back straight, and maintaining a straight back will relieve you from the lower back ache, and stress. A correct posture decreases your risk to osteoarthritis and various types of stress issues, improves the balance and stability. Facilitating a better breathing by opening the lungs. Decreases stress on the ligaments holding spinal joints in place and hence keeping the spine healthy.
DRINKING WARM WATER
We are all aware that it is important that we keep our water level up to the mark in order to remain hydrated, healthy and smooth functioning of the organs. Let’s add up the warm water, one or two-three glasses on a daily note, some warm water in the morning promotes the betterment of intestinal movement, otherwise also; it relaxes the blood vessels, digestive tract stimulating the digestive organ function, promotes the body’s persistence by activating the smooth functioning of all our organs. It curbs the appetite, helps in breaking down the fat molecules, hence reduces the belly fat.
DEEP BREATHING
“When the breath is unsteady, all is unsteady; when the breath is still; all is still. Control the breath carefully. Inhalation gives strength and a controlled body; retention gives steadiness of mind and longevity; exhalation purifies body and spirit. "

You should know that the wellness you seek is in your own hands, a conscious breathing heightens the sense of awareness and deepens the relaxation, a deep breathing with awareness has been scientifically proven to be beneficial for your Heart, Brain, Digestion and Immune, it can immediately relieve you from tension and stress as it alters the blood pH, changing the blood pressure and stimulation of stress releasing hormones in the glands, it keeps you calmer than usual, on a motivational note, supports the fat reduction.
Stimulates the function of the Lymphatic System, which are responsible for the detoxification of the body hence a step towards your weight management, increases your energy and stamina.
Deep breathing should be slow and gentle. Remember to fill the abdomen, not just the chest. A simple way to make sure you are doing this is to place one hand on your stomach and another one on your chest. Breathe deeply and make sure your hand on your stomach is rising. Try to be aware of your breath, heartbeat and to release tension from your body.
MANTRA CHANTING
A good vibe promotes your inner wellness which apparently reflects on your outer presence. Mantras have remarkable benefits on your body, a simple daily chanting of “OM” or the food offering prayer or the one to the water before sipping your first glass in the morning would not be hard.
